Come join the Barony as we gather in a spirit of remembrance and celebration of our 25th anniversary and the investiture of our new Baron and Baroness. We will begin with our traditional Lightsaber Tourney and Travelers Feast on Friday night. Saturday, our annual Trident Tourney will be held, only this time with a twist.  The Trident Tourney will be a Pas d’Armas that will celebrate the Knight Virtues of Prowess, Chivalry, Generosity, and Heraldic Display.  The Baroness’s Blade Light Weapons Lyst will be held as well as The Bard of Darkwater Competition.  We will have a beautiful candlelight feast, so please feel free to bring your own illumination if you wish.  Join us after feast for our Trident Tourney Ball.  

This year the Trident Tourney Lyst will be a Pas d’Armes. A pas d’armes was tournament where combatants met to exchange pleasantries and test their prowess against one another. It was designed to display the chivalric virtues of knights, showcase individual skill and prowess, and reawaken the ideals of chivalry.  We invite all fighters to come out to show your skill, virtue, generosity and heraldic display. We invite you to set up your pavilions, banners and arms for all to see and enjoy. We would like to encourage that all participants show generosity of spirit towards other combatants in the form of refreshments and gifts. This is a chance to display hospitality and the virtue of largesse.

We will be awarding prizes to fighters for the following categories:
Prowess
Heraldic Display(Field Presence)
Most Chivalrous
Largesse (Most Generous)

All fighters who wish to take part in the lyst will need a consort.

Make checks payable to “SCA Inc - Barony of Darkwater”, please include your driver’s licence number. No family charged more than 3 adult fares. Children 12 and under free. No animals on site unless they are assistance animals. Reservations closes at 2 pm Saturday.
Camp Ocala is a discreetly wet site. Please take all glass containers with you.
